Dr. Sara Arnold is a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist. She graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia in 2016 and then completed an orthopedic residency in Kansas City, MO. She has completed advanced training in manual therapy and therapeutic dry needling.
Sara enjoys helping individuals of all ages realize their body’s full potential with meaningful activities and performance. She is committed to inspiring healthy lifestyles by empowering people to move with greater confidence and build body resilience and strength.
In her personal life, Sara places a high value on health, movement and adventure. Sara likes to stay active through strength training, running, hiking and yoga. She loves spending time cooking with her husband and friends, traveling, reading and playing violin.
